Is Findadmission online, or do I download software?
Findadmission.com is a website, however we do have an app that you can download to your mobile device. You can download the app to any iOS or Android device.
Can two or more people use the same Findadmission account?
Yes; when an account is created, access can be provided to your colleagues. The amount of people that the account can be shared with does depend on your package with Findadmission.com.
Can I upgrade between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade any time when paying for our service to include more benefits and a wider prospective student audience. Just contact us!
Do I have to pay commission on students recruited through Findadmission?
No, there will be no additional costs or commission required on the students we send to your campus, as all costs are included in our price-plan options.
Is it easy to get started?
Your Findadmission.com account can be fully set up within 15 minutes. We do recommend having some items to-hand to make the process easier, including: a full course list, a copy of your institutions tuition-fees, scholarships and accommodation fees, and an online copy of your brochure. This will allow you to input all the basic details that the students who use our platform want to see.
How can Findadmission help if I want to visit Africa?
As a member of Findadmission, institute representatives are privy to many perks, including: receiving an invitation letter, having our local staff arrange for their pick-up from the airport, as well as having pre-determined recruitment activities organised for them. Have a special request? Then just ask!
How often can I contact Findadmission office for support?
There's no limit to how often you can contact us. We're available for you every weekday from 9am – 5pm. Need us outside of these hours? Send us an email and we'll reply to you ASAP!
Is the Virtual Event Platform included in the plans?
Every plan we offer, including our free accounts, gain access to our Virtual Education Event platform. The amount of access you'll get to this feature, however, does depend on your package with us. For example, our basic accounts can host a Virtual Education Event for an hour, for up to fifty people. Meanwhile, someone with a Gold package can host an event for up to 400 people, for 3 hours.
Do I have to pay extra for Findadmission mobile app?
The Findadmission.com mobile app is completely free of charge for every institution partner.
There's no contract, correct?
Findadmission is a contract-free service, so you can cancel your monthly plan at any time. If you’re a yearly subscriber, we require 30 days notice.
